Ingredients: Unbleached Organic Flour, Water, Organic Egg, Edible alkali (Kansui), Fair Trade Kampot Sea Salt, Dried Shrimp Roes, Dried Flatfish powder
Put the noodles in a bowl. Add boiling water into it. Cover it and let it sits for 3-4 minutes. It gives the best flavor of the shrimp roes soup noodles. This is low sodium version, you may add salt or soy sauce as you prefer.
