Shipping & Refund

SHIPPING TERMS:


Free delivery when you spend HK$400 or more. A HK$70 delivery charge is applicable to purchases under than HK$400.


Delivery will be arranged within 7 working days after the order has been confirmed. (**Working days are not included Satursdays, Sundays and Public Holidays)


All orders will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our ability. Fairtaste aims to deliver the goods when there is somebody in, anyhow in any case if no one is available to receive the delivery, order(s) will be returned to our warehouse, therefore re-delivery fees $70 will be applied.


All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and reserve the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested is unavailable. In the event that we are unable to fulfil any of the products or services in your order, we will notify you by phone or email before delivery.


The delivery service is only available in Hong Kong. There is no overseas delivery.


Delivery will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect or such other weather conditions whereby delivery is considered unsafe.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY:


Due to the nature of the products and for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, unless the item is damaged, faulty or wrongly delivered.


In the event that an item is eligible for return, please email your contact information and reason for return to order@fairtaste.com.hk within 7 days of receiving your order.


All returns must be authorized by us before sending the item back. Fair Taste is not responsible for return shipping, nor any fees associated with return shipping.


As the parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it, remember to retain the proof of postage/drop-off, so if your parcel gets lost in the mail, you will be able to send us proof that you’ve mailed the parcel. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.


Items must be returned in their original condition, and accompanied by their original tags. You will receive a confirmation once we received your returned item, and we will refund you by your original payment method. Original delivery charges are not refundable. 


Please note that items returned damaged or do not comply with the returns policy will not be refunded.


All items will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns, but in the rare event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or is incomplete, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
