To help you understand how FAIRTASTE (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Company) collects, uses and protects the personal information you provide to the Company and to provide you with greater peace of mind when using the services provided by the Company, please read the following information carefully:

Membership
1.1 Membership is valid for a period of 12 months from the second day after the cumulative spending reaches that level.

1.2 There are three types of membership as follows, each with its own qualifications and benefits.

1.2.1 FAIRTASTE Insider (Silver Member)
1.2.2 FAIRTASTE Believer (Gold Member)
1.2.3 FAIRTASTE Fair Trader (Black Member)

1.4 Members can login to their member account on the FAIRTASTE Fair website to check their cumulative spending history.

1.5 If there are any abnormalities such as changes in membership information, incorrect information, or non-receipt of event information, please notify the Company by email for confirmation and promptly update relevant information for members.

1.6 Membership and related rights (including the accumulation of member's spending) are exclusively for the member himself/herself and cannot be transferred or lent to others. If the member is found to have accumulated spending in any dishonest manner or in any situation that violates the membership rules, the Company has the right to immediately stop all rights of the member, recover the rights already enjoyed, or even cancel his/her membership. In case of illegal acts, the member, the perpetrator and related persons shall bear all legal responsibilities.

1.7 The Company has the right to inspect the member's valid identification documents for verification purposes.

1.8 All of our memberships are e-memberships.

1.9 (If applicable:) In the event that the membership card is lost, stolen or damaged, the member shall immediately report the loss to the Company. The fee for replacement or exchange of membership card is HK$80 (per replacement or exchange).

Membership Upgrade

2.1 Members cannot downgrade from a higher level of membership to a lower level of membership.

2.2 The upgraded membership is valid for 12 months from the date of upgrade.

2.3 Any unused benefits of the old membership will be voided and the member can enjoy the benefits of the upgraded membership in the new membership year.

2.4 The membership will be upgraded automatically after the second business day when the accumulated spending reaches the specified amount.

Use of Membership Privileges

3.1 The Company will send out event information from time to time (only to those with correct email addresses) to provide information on new product launches and promotions.

3.2 Members must abide by all internal rules and regulations issued by the Company from time to time.

3.3 Unless otherwise specified, all workshop or event registration and other member benefits or privileges are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

3.4 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any benefits or privileges from time to time without prior notice and without any refund or compensation.

3.5 Individual workshops, events or offers or privileges are subject to specific terms and conditions.

3.6 Discounts are not refundable or redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

3.7 All member discounts are not applicable to "Kwai Hei Street" items.

3.8 The birthday discount is only available to members who have entered their birthday date.

General Terms and Conditions
4.1 The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice and without giving any reason. Updated terms and conditions will be available on the Company's website. All Members shall be bound by the latest version of the Terms and Conditions.

4.2 The Company shall have absolute discretion in relation to membership approval, event booking, membership benefits or privileges.

4.3 In case of any dispute, the decision of the Company shall be final.

4.4 In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

4.5 These terms and conditions are an agreement between the Company and each member. No person who is not a party to this Agreement shall have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any of the terms of this Agreement.

4.6 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
