Local red onion, Chinese green onion and Japanese all-purpose green onion are made with canola seeds to create a fragrant, slightly spicy taste with a refreshing finish, making it an irresistible and rich all-purpose dressing that can be served with any dish or rice.
The red onion is sliced on the diagonal for the best release of the oil, and only the white part of the green onion is selected to give the oil a slightly spicy and exciting flavor. The oil is fried in two batches in a small pot, and the heat is precisely controlled to maintain the temperature of the oil while creating a strong and refreshing aroma that will whet your appetite.
Three kinds of anthracene are used:
