1. Member points

1.1 Member points can be used with each transaction of HK$400 or above

1.2 1 member point will be rewarded for every spending of HK$10

1.3 100 member points can be redeeemed as HK$10 for each purchase

1.4 Maximum amount of member points can be used is 10% of each transaction amount

1.5 All member points expire on March 31 ("annual settlement date") every year, otherwise it will be forfeited

1.6 The actual consumption amount and number of valid transactions accumulated by the member points will be zeroed out on the annual settlement date every year, which will not be brought forward to next settlement year. After the annual settlement date, the member points accumulated in the previous year will be zeroed out, the consumption of the new year will be resumed counting.

For example: the member registration date is August 24, 2022, and the accumulated member points will include those earned during the period from August 24, 2022 to March 31, 2023

1.7 Free delivery applies when the paid amount is HK$400 or above after deducing store credits and member points used

1.8 Member points are not applicable to "Kwai Hei Street" items

2. General Terms and Conditions
2.1 Fair Taste (HK) Limited (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Company) reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice and without giving any reason. Updated terms and conditions will be available on the Company's website. All Members shall be bound by the latest version of the Terms and Conditions

2.2 The Company shall have absolute discretion in relation to membership approval, event booking, membership benefits or privileges

2.3 In case of any dispute, the decision of the Company shall be final

2.4 In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail

2.5 These terms and conditions are an agreement between the Company and each member. No person who is not a party to this Agreement shall have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any of the terms of this Agreement

2.6 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China
