1. New member store credits

1.1 When a new account registered successfully, new member will receive an email notification of store credits redemption. Store credits will be redeemed and credited to the account only if the link in the email is clicked to confirm, Store credits can be used with each transaction of HK$400 or above

1.2 Store credits will be expired in 30 days from the date of new account registration, otherwise it will be forfeited

2. General Terms and Conditions
2.1 Fair Taste (HK) Limited (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Company) reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice and without giving any reason. Updated terms and conditions will be available on the Company's website. All Members shall be bound by the latest version of the Terms and Conditions

2.2 The Company shall have absolute discretion in relation to membership approval, event booking, membership benefits or privileges

2.3 In case of any dispute, the decision of the Company shall be final

2.4 In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail

2.5 These terms and conditions are an agreement between the Company and each member. No person who is not a party to this Agreement shall have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any of the terms of this Agreement

2.6 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China
