公平貿易產品來自不同的來源地，在2022虎年我們選擇了與大家比較接近的地方推出了一種新嘗試，就是以印尼為主題的利是封。我們更街訪了在香港工作的印尼姐姐，並向各位拜年，看看不同的新年面貌，籍這次機會，我們也來介紹一種在我們看來很神奇的印尼傳統節日 – 齋戒月。

伊斯蘭曆的第九個月(Ramadan)為一年一度的印尼齋戒月，為期三十日，伊斯蘭曆與我們常用的西曆曆法不同，所以在我們看來姐姐們每年的齋戒日期都是不一樣。

齋戒月對回教徒來說是非常重要的時間，除了病人 、小孩、老人 、孕婦、月事來潮的女性，全球超過十五億的回教徒在太陽出現期間，不吃不喝、不煙不酒、不娛樂，以及禁止親密關係，直到太陽下山。

是不是很難想像為甚麼有這麼多人每年願意如此”受苦”，受苦正正是其用意所在，透過苦難，回教徒才能切身體會到自己所擁有的一切都是真主所賜予，克制私欲、學會珍惜所有、反省自身，學會謙卑，就和大多數宗教一樣，也是導人向善。

經過三十日的試煉，齋戒月結束後的連續三天，則是盛大的開齋節，應節食品當然少不了，還會有長假期和年終獎金，而大多數在外地的回教徒也會鄉慶祝，比當地的新年要更熱鬧，所以下次如果見到姐姐們早上滴水不沾，也可能表示她快要回鄉與親友團聚了!

We also visited our Indonesian sisters who work in Hong Kong to see the different faces of the New Year, and we took the opportunity to introduce a traditional Indonesian festival that seems amazing to us – Ramadan.

The ninth month of the Islamic calendar (Ramadan) is the annual Indonesian month of Ramadan, which lasts for 30 days. The Islamic calendar is different from our usual Western calendar, so it seems to us that the dates of Ramadan for our sisters are different every year.

The month of Ramadan is a very important time for Muslims. In addition to the sick, children, the elderly, pregnant women, and women with menstrual periods, more than 1.5 billion Muslims around the world do not eat, drink, smoke, or drink, do not drink, do not smoke, do not entertain, and do not have intimate relationships until the sun goes down.

It is hard to imagine why so many people are willing to "suffer" so much each year, but suffering is exactly what it is meant to be.

After 30 days of trials and tribulations, the three consecutive days after Ramadan are the great festival of Eid al-Fitr, with its festive foods, long holidays, and year-end bonuses, and most of the Muslims in other parts of the world will celebrate in their hometowns, which is more festive than the local New Year.
