Sauce Co Organic Black Bean Sauce (Light) 320ml
Introduction
The black beans undergo rigorous selection, soaking, steaming, and koji fermentation. They are then washed, salted, and sealed in earthenware jars with coarse salt. The koji mold, exposed to varying temperatures and time, slowly extracts the nutrients and essence from each bean, resulting in a rich and flavorful black bean sauce.
This sauce can be used as a substitute for light soy sauce in braising, stewing, fried rice and noodles, or diluted with water to make a cold noodle sauce.

Business Story:
Hidden in the alleys of Fengyuan, Wei Rong soy sauce has been maturing for nearly 70 years. Its rich, mellow, and pure flavor has been slowly simmered over time. Wei Rong is Taiwan's first organic miso and organic black bean soy sauce brand. Founder Mr. Hsu Huo-lie established the first professional brewing and production factory in central Taiwan in 1954, using high-quality Taiwanese agricultural products to produce miso, soy sauce, and pickled vegetables. In 1970, Mr. Hsu Tsung-lin took over and introduced production lines for black bean soy sauce and canned pickled vegetables. The third generation, Mr. Hsu Li-sheng, further standardized the process, successfully introducing "food safety" and "organic concepts," creating a unique image for the traditional industry. To promote the spirit of Taiwanese brewing culture, Wei Rong established the first miso brewing culture museum in the country. The building was constructed using green building concepts. Inside, it displays century-old antique cedar barrels, koji-making boxes, and other items. It also introduces the origins, history, and types of early brewed foods, helping people to understand miso and various brewed foods, and providing the public with safer, richer, and healthier choices of kitchen sauces.
