月光白是以雲南大葉種茶樹為原料，採用白茶工藝製作的茶葉。臺灣人借鑑東方美人
的製作工藝，創製了月光白茶。乾茶葉芽顯毫，葉面呈黑色，葉背呈白色，黑白相
間，整體看起來就像黑夜中的月亮，故得名月光白。
月光白的工藝特點是全程在室內⾃然陰乾，不見陽光，全程無火焙，相較福建白茶，
花香味更明顯。月光白耐泡，可以煎煮悶泡。帶有清幽的花香，沒有茶的苦澀味。湯
色⾦黃明亮，富有毫香、花香。入口滋味香甜、柔順，回⽢悠⻑，被稱為「月光美
人」，很適合喜歡花香的朋友品嘗。
