Description

Spicy preserved vegetables are not a new food, they are used in everyday dishes. It's a combination of dried radish that has been pickled and stir-fried with secretly prepared aromatic coriander, garlic, cherry blossom shrimp, and crushed chili peppers.

Production Process :

There are two different ways to handle coriander and green onion oil. We thought we could deep fry the coriander to release the flavor, but the fried coriander has no flavor at all. After many attempts, we finally used a more complicated method to retain the most flavor of coriander. Then we mixed with garlic and cherry prawns to add more flavor, and the amount of cherry prawns needed to be very precise, so as to enhance the freshness, but at the same time not to take away the unique flavor of the main character of coriander. Plus ONEMOREDISH's unique signature dried chili and fresh finger peppers. With this lineup, this combination, you can add a little bit of parsley to any dish at will, and I believe it will be the lover you miss the most at every meal from now on. If you don't see it on the table, you will definitely shout 'Where's my proscuitto?
