Shiso (Perilla) used in the sauce is planted by our home-chef in local farmland. The natural flavour of shiso matches the handpicked salted black soybeans.
Ingredients
Corn oil, Fresh shisoleaves, Yangjiangjiang black soybeans, Dried shallots, Garlic, Red chillipepper, Green chilli pepper, Seaweed, Sugar, Salt
Serving Method
Serve directly. Stir before use.
Cooking: stir-fry vegetables or mushrooms, steamed fish.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep refrigerated after opening. The appreciation period lasts 2 months.
